Ohio Update Febuary 28 2004
All five members of the "California Contingent" arrived in Columbus, Ohio on Friday. Lillian Ritt (San Diego), Joan Quinn (Sacramento), Tillie Botz
(Santa Rosa), Dan Ashby (San Pablo) and Gail Jonas (Healdsburg.
Tillie, Dan, and Gail were warmly greeted at the airport by George and
Pat Denino, wearing bright orange scarves. We spent our first evening getting acquainted and finding out more about how these two Ohioans feel about the November election (flawed) and what to do about it (pursue finding the evidence needed to prove that it was so flawed that it could have been stolen)
We three will be meeting for lunch today with our California counterparts,
Lillian and Joan, and several of the Ohioan organizers of tomorrow's citizens' meeting.
Stay tuned for a report on how we, who may well be considered "California carpetbaggers," do with the Ohioans who have asked for our help, need our help, yet don't know who we are or may have doubts about our motives.
